I come to the Grand Aquarium de Touraine by car :

5 minutes from Amboise
20 minutes from Tours
50 minutes from Blois
1h50 from Paris (toll St Arnoult)

Arriving in Lussault-sur-Loire from Tours, you will see large directional signs on your right before the entrance to the town and after the radar.
Arriving from Amboise, you will pass the town of Lussault and signs will indicate the direction on your left.

Nearest TER station in Amboise (5km)
When you arrive at the station, take the fil vert bus line, TA towards Amboise and stop at the hospital. Then, take the line C direction Montlouis, stop at Aquarium. (More information on www.tourainefilvert.com)
